At HFF, we are deeply committed to being responsible and thoughtful stewards of the generous resources entrusted to us by our network of community partners and donors. In light of the evolving societal, political, and grant-making landscapes, we are strategically positioning ourselves to better sustain our operations and provide the families we serve with the critical resources they need to prevent evictions, secure safe housing, and build stable futures. Home for Families, like the rest of the homelessness prevention field, has long relied on strong relationships with government partners to provide targeted and essential assistance to the more than 2,100 individuals that we serve annually.
As part of this, we have made the decision to pause large-scale, in-person events this year and shift to a more effective, higher return-on-investment event structure. This will allow us to create a broader safety net for the low-income and housing-insecure clients we serve.
